Our kitchen is the beating heart of the hotel as well as a local hangout for Copenhageners. Sanders Kitchen has the atmosphere of a private dinner party, a chef who likes to hang out with his guests, and a menu that is as unfussy as it is tasty.
The menu is based on regional produce and inspired by the Mediterranean region. That means that it has a strong focus on fresh, simple and healthy food. The menu will change weekly, depending on the seasonal produce provided by our local suppliers.
You can enjoy the food in our Kitchen, under the stars in our rooftop Conservatory, in front of a fireplace on our outdoor terrace, or in your room. Pair it with drinks from Tata, our own beer or some of the handpicked treasures from our wine cellar.
The kitchen is open all day, so come and hang out with the kitchen staff. They always have snacks to share and a story to tell.
